A. Operational Principle

Medical molecular sieve oxygen generation system adopts the internationally advanced Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) (Process)technology for oxygen production – a gas mixture (such as air) is passed under pressure through a vessel containing zeolite, part or all of the nitrogen will stay in the adsorbent bed, and the gas coming out of the vessel will be enriched in oxygen, and when the bed reaches the end of its capacity to adsorb nitrogen, it can be regenerated by reducing the pressure, thereby releasing the adsorbed nitrogen. The process, a physisorption without chemical reaction, is an ideal oxygen generation system which is secure and green for the modern medical system management.

Rapid start-up – oxygen output and purity reach required level in 30 minutes after start-up, much more flexible and rapider than other oxygen generation system
Low failure rate – with high-performance air compressor, to ensure constant clinical oxygen supply and low failure rate
Reasonable design – medical oxygen generator adopts double or multiple machine design, being able to save energy by automatically open/close corresponding machines according to oxygen volume needed. With full consideration of the clinical requirement of constant oxygen supply, it has sufficient back-up gas supply.

With technological cooperation with the US AirSep Corporation (the biggest oxygen generator manufacturer in the world), Hokai uses the original AirSep host machine as the system’s core. Hokai, a first level agent of AirSep on the Chinese market, is the only components and parts distribution and repair center in mainland China. Hokai owns a sized bonded warehouse for imported components and parts in Zhuhai Free Trade Zone to guarantee timely supply.
